Kenneth Waldroup, PE, Assistant Public Utilities Director with the City of Raleigh and Mark T. Senior, PE, Senior Project Engineer with WK Dickson (former acting Director the City of Raleigh Stormwater Management Division) will be discussing Municipal Umbrella Stream and Wetland Mitigation Banking in Raleigh.  The City of Raleigh Umbrella Mitigation Bank was established in 2010 in order to provide local mitigation for impacts associated primarily with roadway and utility projects.  They will discuss the program's history, its current status, how Raleigh has been using this program, what other communities are doing, the status of proposed legislative changes to the program, and unexplored opportunities.  Audience questions and interaction are encouraged throughout the meeting.
