Registrants cancelling their registration two (2) weeks or more prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a (3%) administrative fee. Registrants canceling between two (2) and one (1) week(s) prior to the event will receive a refund, less a (5%) administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the event. Registrants may transfer their registration to another attendee with the same membership status.

Mr. David Shaeffer, a Project Manager with the Wilmington District's Regulatory Program, will be introducing the Corps' newest Field Office located in Charlotte, North Carolina.  This office, which first opened in January 2016, currently has four permanent staff members who manage Clean Water Act (CWA) related projects in the upper piedmont ecoregion.  Mr. Shaeffer will discuss new staffing assignments, geographic coverage areas, and pertinent contact and submittal information.  He will also touch on several Regulatory Program updates including the new Electronic-PCN, local coordination procedures for Endangered Species Act  listed species, GIS platforms and usage, and CWA rulemaking.  Audience questions and interaction are encouraged throughout the meeting.
